When meaning disappears, chaos inevitably takes its place. A person loses his or her inner compass and becomes like a leaf being blown by the wind of circumstances. A society devoid of values becomes vulnerable to manipulation, prone to fear, confusion and division. In such an environment, it is easy to impose false goals, artificial ideals and illusory values, turning a person from a creator of his or her own destiny into a puppet of other people's interests.
Meaning is the deep foundation of life, the pillar that allows a person to stand up in the most difficult times and not break under the pressure of external circumstances. True meaning always goes beyond personal comfort and temporary gain. It is associated with truth, goodness, justice and service to one's neighbour. It is this inner core that makes a person strong and free, able to maintain dignity and move forward, even when everything around them is falling apart.
However, chaos in the modern world has become a tool of governance. It is created and maintained deliberately, turning information noise, crises and uncertainty into a mechanism for manipulating people and entire societies. When there are no clear guidelines, people easily panic, look for quick answers, and trust those who promise simple solutions. Chaos is beneficial to those who want to rule, because in chaos, truth dissolves and fear becomes the main lever of control.
The only way to resist chaos is to return to meaning. To do this, you need to stop and listen to yourself, to hear the voice of your conscience and your soul. We need to return to the eternal values of kindness, responsibility, mercy, justice, and faith. We need to realise again that serving others and caring for our neighbours gives our lives true meaning. We need to learn to live in truth and according to our conscience, because it is our conscience that is the true inner compass that protects us from temptations and destructive illusions.
The history of mankind has many examples of when meaning triumphed over chaos. Nelson Mandela, having spent decades in prison, retained his faith in justice and managed to unite the country. Viktor Frankl, having survived the horrors of concentration camps, showed the world that a person can endure any suffering if he understands what he lives for. Mother Teresa brought light and order to a place where poverty and hopelessness reigned. Their examples teach us that meaning is stronger than chaos, and that faith and inner resilience can overcome even the most terrible circumstances.
My choice is to build my life on meaning. Not to succumb to chaos, not to go with the flow, not to become a puppet of circumstances, but to stand firmly on the foundation of eternal values. I believe that this is the only way to preserve inner freedom, dignity and harmony. I know that this path is not easy, but it is the only right one, because it leads to a life full of light, order and love.
With faith in God, truth and the future.
I am honoured!
