For more than ten years, he worked in government agencies of Ukraine, including in the units for combating corruption, economic and organised crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as in the central executive authorities - the Ministry of Revenues and Duties and the State Property Fund of Ukraine (under the management of Igor Bilous), where he gained extensive experience in law, finance, economics and management.
Since 2017, he has been actively developing business and investment areas, participating in projects in the field of finance, law and public administration, and conducting activities in the field of legal, financial and management consulting. He is the author of the tax reform concept "From Instability to Harmony".
Today, he focuses on strategically important investment initiatives in the areas of ecology and education, rare earth metals, energy resources, artificial intelligence and development projects.
