Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law. He worked in the government of Ukraine for more than ten years, including in the Ministry of Internal Affairs' units for fighting corruption, economic crime, and organized crime. He also worked in the central executive authorities, such as the Ministry of Revenues and Duties and the State Property Fund of Ukraine (under the management of Igor Bilous), where he gained an extensive amount of knowledge in law, finance, economics, and management.

Since 2017, he has been working hard to grow his business and investment interests. He has worked on projects in finance, law, and public administration, and he has also done legal, financial, and management consulting. He came up with the idea for the tax reform called "From Instability to Harmony."

Today, he is working on important investment projects in the areas of education and ecology, rare earth metals, energy resources, artificial intelligence, and development.
