We are used to thinking that if a law is written, it is already fair. However, history and life show otherwise. Laws can be imperfect, unjust and even criminal. The letter itself does not guarantee the truth. It is only the spirit behind the letter that carries the truth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Justice is not an abstract concept or an ornament of the law. It is its living soul. If laws do not correspond to justice, they lose their legitimacy in the eyes of the people. People may obey them out of fear, but they will not respect them. And a state where laws are not respected cannot be strong.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

History provides many examples. In ancient Rome, lawyers used to say: \"Law without justice is an abuse\". In the 20th century, we saw countries where there were thousands of laws, but they justified dictatorship and violence. In Ukraine, we have also seen that laws are often used not to protect citizens, but to persecute them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Therefore, legal reform should start not with the number of laws, but with their spirit. The law should serve the individual, not the government; justice, not profit. Only then will people trust the state, and the state will stand strong.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
